Policies


Rate information: All rates are quoted for double occupancy. Please deduct $10 per night for single occupancy. Lodging taxes of 9% will be added to the room rate. An additional person in a double occupancy room is $15 per night when possible. Government per diem rates are also available when possible.
  • Two night minimum stay on weekends in season and holidays.
     
  • You may check availability for our guestrooms and make your online reservation request for our rooms to help you plan your trip.
     
  • Reservations will be held for one week pending receipt of deposit equal to one night's lodging. Cash, checks and credit cards accepted.
     
  • Cancellation Policy.  We require four weeks’ notice for a full refund.  There is a $15 fee for processing cancellations.  If a cancellation is made more than 30 days from the reservation date, we will refund your deposit less a $15 fee.  If a cancellation is made less than 30 days from the reservation date, we require payment for all booked nights that we cannot rebook to you for a different time or to someone else.  We do not refund for early departure.
     
  • Well-behaved children over 12 years are welcome. Please notify us at time of reservation.
     
  • Sorry, pets are not allowed, but we will assist you in finding a kennel. Please notify us at time of reservation. Madigan, our resident feline, would love to visit with you.  She’s curious about the "cat-free zone" (all our guest rooms). Too bad, kitty! We keep our guest rooms cat- and cat-dander-free for you.
     
  • For everyone's consideration, smoking is permitted outside on the bungalow grounds. A $100 cleaning charge will be assessed for smoking inside our home.
     
  • Fly yourself and your passengers to the Joseph State Airport.  We’ll provide complimentary transportation.  Please call in advance for arrangements.
     
  • We attempt to accommodate special dietary requirements and religious dietary restrictions. Please notify us at time of reservation.
