June is turning out to be a banner month for my observing literacy program. Just this weekend I observed five different titles. I'm thinking that the Diane Mott Davidson series might be the thing that the he-innkeeper would like to read--some sort of "who done it" mysteries combined with recipes and cooking.

Not bad for a weekend's work. With more and more guests coming out for their Eastern Oregon vacation I'm sure that my powers of literacy observation will come in handy. And if he starts reading Diane Mott Davidson, maybe he'll be more prompt getting my breakfast ready in the morning!
