Bill sends:

This morning saw a cold, freezing fog roll into Joseph Oregon.  It's a winter wonderland, but the roads are still dry.   And it's a perfect day to catch up on small chores around the bed and breakfast.

While being an innkeeper means you're your own boss, sometimes you have to boss yourself to do those little chores and not go play.  I have my caulk and I'm gonna go use it!

Rolling Out the Steam from the Mirror Lake Suite Steam Shower in the best Joseph Oregon Lodging--photo courtesy of Unique Angles PhotographyThe Mirror Lake Suite bathroom is an awesome experience.  You can easily spend an hour in the steam shower getting blasted from different directions, listening to the radio and steaming up the cabinet after a wild day at Wallowa Lake.  It's my job to keep the water in the shower, hence the caulk.

I can't wait for it to dry so I can test-drive my results.  While I'm at it, I might just try the pipeless whirlpool tub for fun too.  I'm not sure whether I like the continuous pulse or the random alternating settings.  I guess it's whether you want to be surprised or not that day.

Maybe I'll throw a DVD in the Blue-Ray, pour a glass of wine, and really test drive that sucker.  Maybe Heather won't notice I've been missing in action for a few hours. . .
